Ultimate Agent Issue

I'm experiencing a pretty big challenge with your Ultimate Assistant -- specifically within the "email agent". I am getting an error whereby i'm hitting an OpenAI rate limit because when i ask the agent to summarize my most recent "x" emails (pick a number whether it be 3, 5, or for the day) it is returning way too much data and hitting rate limits for OpenAI's API. Any suggestions on how to improve this so that it works with my emails? Calendar agent works flawlessly. Email.....not so much
