Someone posted about being anti-AI, specifically generative AI. This sparked something important.
Here's my take: I'm not a complete fan of Generative AI either.
But it has its pros - and the business implications are bigger than the artist debate.
The reality is, AI solves real business problems, especially around fulfillment and speed-to-lead.
But here's where everyone messes up: They think AI should replace everything.
AI should NOT make your content. AI should NOT take your sales calls. AI should NOT book your appointments.
Let me be honest: Top and middle-of-funnel should remain humanized - no Generative AI.
Speed-to-lead is the exception.
Why? Techniques are conscious and require human intuition. Frameworks are unconscious and can be automated by AI.
AI can handle the moving parts in fulfillment - depending on what your fulfillment actually is.
But for low to medium fulfillment models like consulting? Delegating this to AI would be a terrible mistake.
This is leverage delusion, or dumb optimization.
The framework that actually works:
You think you're adding leverage, but you're not.
The human touch is required until you've closed and onboarded your customer/client.
Don't fall for get-rich-quick schemes people are pushing with Generative AI.
Bottom line: Platforms and people get smarter.
Use AI for frameworks and backend processes, not for relationship-building or high-touch delivery.
The businesses winning in 2025 understand this distinction.
Hope you found this valuable! :)
