The Difference Between Busy Work and Productive Work

Not all work is equal.

but don’t actually move the business forward.
Things like:

– Following up one-by-one
That’s busy work.
Productive work looks different:
– Closing deals
– Improving systems
– Building relationships
– Making better decisions
