I’ve been running a residential cleaning company, but I’m starting to shift focus into commercial + post-construction.
Residential feels saturated right now. Lower ticket, more competition.Commercial + construction just seems like a better long-term play.
Right now I’m trying to figure out the best outreach system to scale this:
Option 1: Cold Email System
- Build targeted lists (construction companies, property managers, commercial buildings)
- Use tools like Apollo + email verification
- Run structured outbound campaigns
Option 2: SMS / Direct Outreach
- Faster responses
- More direct
- But potentially lower quality / harder to scale cleanly
I already have warmed-up email accounts ready to go.Just trying to decide where to focus and how to structure this the right way.
For those already landing commercial or post-construction jobs:
What outreach channel actually worked best for you? And if you were starting today, what system would you build first?
