Anyone here creating ai videos / ads?
I’m trying to dial in Meta ad creatives for my cleaning company and looking to test AI-generated videos. Main idea: - UGC-style avatar talking (realistic, not AI-looking) - Voiceover explaining the offer - Mixed with real cleaning clips (before/after, satisfying shots) Curious what’s actually working right now - What tools are you using for avatars? - Are you using AI voice or real voiceovers? - What are you using to stitch everything together? - Any workflows that are converting well on Meta? - Trying to avoid the ā€œAI adā€ look and make it feel native/real. Would appreciate anything that’s worked for you šŸ™
Service Business Help šŸ™
I’ve been running a residential cleaning company, but I’m starting to shift focus into commercial + post-construction. Residential feels saturated right now. Lower ticket, more competition.Commercial + construction just seems like a better long-term play. Right now I’m trying to figure out the best outreach system to scale this: Option 1: Cold Email System - Build targeted lists (construction companies, property managers, commercial buildings) - Use tools like Apollo + email verification - Run structured outbound campaigns Option 2: SMS / Direct Outreach - Faster responses - More direct - But potentially lower quality / harder to scale cleanly I already have warmed-up email accounts ready to go.Just trying to decide where to focus and how to structure this the right way. For those already landing commercial or post-construction jobs: What outreach channel actually worked best for you? And if you were starting today, what system would you build first? Trying to build something scalable, not just random outreach. Appreciate any insight šŸ™
AD Creative Help
For anyone running Meta ads or paid traffic in general — what are you using to make bulk ad creatives right now? I’m running ads for a residential + commercial cleaning company and trying to scale creatives without them looking repetitive or ā€œAI-ish.ā€ Right now I’m testing different angles (before/after, problem-focused, offer-based), but making them one by one is slow. Curious what everyone’s using for:– Bulk image creatives– Variations (same ad, different hooks)– Keeping quality high while scaling What are people using that is actually working?

Cold Outreach Help
About to start cold emailing for commercial cleaning and trying to actually do it right — not just blast generic emails. Current plan: – Building targeted lists with Apollo – Verifying emails (MillionVerifier / maybe ZeroBounce) – Sending through Instantly Main thing I’m focused on is making this feel tailored, not bulk. Trying to figure out: – What types of businesses tend to close fastest in commercial cleaning?– How you guys are structuring your emails so they don’t get ignored, What kind of openers are actually getting replies right now If anyone here is doing outreach in local services or just cold outreach in general I would appreciate any insight on what’s actually working (not theory).
Using Apollo for leads
Appreciate everyone who’s been helping on my last posts — the insights have been super helpful. I’m newer to Apollo, but from what I’m hearing it seems like one of the best tools for cold email, which is what I’m focusing on for my cleaning company. Right now I’m targeting:• Property managers• Office / facility managers• Law firms / professional offices Basically anyone in a position where they control a budget and need recurring cleaning. I started testing small batches of emails through Apollo, but I’m running into an issue where a lot of the emails don’t seem to be valid or just don’t get responses. For those doing this consistently:How are you finding accurate, responsive contacts? Are you relying fully on Apollo, or combining it with other tools / methods/linkedin? My goal is pretty simple:Lock in 20–30 solid commercial leads per month and turn those into walkthroughs. Would really appreciate how you guys are approaching:• finding the right decision-makers• getting valid emails• improving response rates Trying to dial this in the right way from the start.
