RAG Challange - HR interview

Hey, I would like to create an job interview agent for employee. Therefore I upload my CV via GoogleDrive, use RAG (openAI+store at pinecone) and created a telegram bot to answer some interview questions. The quality of the answers are terrible, any idea how to improve this?

issues are eg. agent didnt know when I start and end a job (already tried with several chunks etc.) I also tried to create an FAQ with question and answers, but it is very hard to store the whole context.

when i upload a contract and ask general questions it works fine.

If you struggle with the same problem, or have any idea, it would be great.
