QUESTION: SMS Regulations
I am thinking about doing CRM re-activation campaigns. Everyone on YouTube is reaching out via SMS.
Problem: With the standard regulations, this is technically illegal without direct consent. Why is literally everyone on YouTube, who is teaching re-activation campaigns, doing this illegally? How do I do this without getting in trouble?
