🤖 Question for the Community — AI OS & Building Your Own AI Brain 🧠

Hey everyone! I’ve been going down a rabbit hole lately and my mind is completely blown 🤯

I keep hearing about this concept of an AI Operating System — basically turning Claude (or any AI) into your own personal business command centre. We’re talking:

📁 Connected to all your files

📊 Dashboards showing live business figures

👥 Tracking team/staff progress on tasks

📱 Notifications pushed to your phone

💻 Claude Code running on your laptop like a co-pilot

Imagine waking up and your AI has already scanned your business overnight and gives you a morning briefing — “Here’s what’s behind, here’s what’s on track, here’s what needs you today.”

But here’s where I’m stuck and I need your help…

I don’t know where to START. Do I:

👉 A) Build out a knowledge base first (and how do you even do that?!)

👉 B) Start connecting tools and apps (Google Drive, Slack, calendars)?

👉 C) Get Claude Code set up on my laptop first?

👉 D) Something else entirely?

For those of you who’ve started building your own AI OS — what was your first move? What do you wish someone had told you before you began?
