Private Claude OS

Hey all 👋 Haroon here, from North Carolina.

Experience: I work in enterprise IT, so I'm comfortable being technical — but I'm newer to actually building agentic systems. That's what brought me here (found Nate's content and the WAT framework).

What I'm hoping to build: I've been treating Claude as a personal operating system rather than a chatbot. This past week I set the foundation:

- Obsidian as my single source of truth, backed up to a private GitHub repo

- A one-way sync to Notion so I can read project context from my phone (chat can't see local files — this bridges it)

- A capture loop so action items from any device get filed into the right project on the Mac Mini 4.

- Custom Claude Code commands to bookend each session: /good-morning, /sync-notion, /good-bye

Now I want to actually build with it. I'm running this challenge as its own project — the first real test of the system. Looking forward to building alongside you all.
