Outbound AI Calling & Compliance Question (Real Client Use Case)
Looking for advice from anyone who’s implemented AI outbound calling at scale.
I’m working with a potential client that mails about 3,000 postcards per month to businesses (primarily restaurants). They want an AI voice agent to call each recipient, confirm they received the postcard, answer basic questions, qualify interest, and pass qualified leads back to their sales team.
I’ve since learned there may be compliance restrictions around AI-generated outbound calls without prior consent.
Has anyone successfully implemented a similar B2B use case? If so, how did you handle the compliance side? Did you redesign the workflow or use a different approach?
