In this video, I walk through how you can migrate hundreds of n8n workflows from one instance to another without losing track of anything.
I show exactly how I moved all of my workflows from n8n Cloud to my self-hosted n8n instance by pulling every workflow into Google Sheets, logging what’s already been migrated, and then importing them into the new instance. This gives you a clean system to avoid duplicates, stay organized, and safely move everything over if you’re setting up a new n8n environment or switching hosting.
