Goal: Convert long-form content (blogs, YouTube videos, tweets) into LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, Instagram captions, carousels, and more.

Core Steps:

Workflow 2: AI-Driven Post Scheduler & Auto-Posting

Goal: Automate posting and scheduling across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Core Steps:

Trigger: Manual or Scheduled (Cron Job)
Retrieve Drafts: Get AI-generated posts from Notion/Google Docs
Format & Optimize: Add relevant hashtags Adjust length based on platform
Schedule Posts: Use Buffer API for LinkedIn & Twitter Use Instagram API (Meta Developer Platform) for IG posts Use Facebook API for Facebook
Auto-Post & Track Status: If a post is rejected, retry after X hours

Tools Needed: Buffer API, Twitter API, LinkedIn API, Instagram API.

Workflow 3: AI Engagement & Auto-Reply Bot

Goal: Automate replies to comments, DMs, and mentions using AI.

Core Steps:

Trigger: Real-time Webhooks for new comments/DMs (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
Extract Comment/DM Content
Analyze Sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Negative)
Generate Smart Reply (GPT-4 API)
Auto-Reply on Platform: If positive → Thank them & ask a follow-up If neutral → Continue conversation If negative → Offer help (DM)
Store Conversation History (Google Sheets / Notion)

Tools Needed: Twitter API, LinkedIn API, Instagram API, OpenAI API

Workflow 4: AI Performance Analytics & Insights

Goal: Track post performance (likes, shares, comments, engagement rates) and suggest improvements.
