New here. No code background. Where to start??

Hey everyone,

I just joined AIS and I've already caught myself reading through too many posts instead of starting on something.

For context: I'm tech-comfortable but with zero programming background.

I keep seeing n8n, Claude Code, Make, and a dozen other tools and feel slightly overwhelmed. I understand that analysis paralysis is the real enemy here, so my question is this:

If you were starting today with no prior coding experience, what would you actually focus on first for the fastest real-world ROI (personal, work, and then AI business)? Not looking for the "it depends" answer. What did YOU do, or wish you had done?
