Need Help: WhatsApp Workflow Executing Multiple Times & Memory Not Working

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my WhatsApp chatbot workflow. It’s executing multiple times even when it’s not supposed to — almost like the flow is being triggered more than once for a single message, even when there doesn’t seem to be anything causing that to happen.

I've tried to set the "Typing Indicator" and WhatsApp trigger to execute once, but it doesn't work. I just want the workflow to execute normally once, instead of 4 times.

Also, the memory function doesn’t seem to be working properly. For example, when I provide my name and later ask the bot what my name is, it doesn’t remember or use the stored information.

Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it? Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated!
