Need help in hiring cold callers

Hey everyone 👋

Hoping to get some advice on hiring cold callers. Still figuring this out so please don't bash me if my expectations are off, just trying to learn from people who've actually been through this.

A few things I'm trying to wrap my head around:

1. Where's the best place to find cold callers with a solid accent? Thinking along the lines of Philippines, Eastern Europe, Latin America but honestly idk, open to whatever you guys recommend

2. What's a realistic budget-friendly rate? I'm on a tight budget right now so I can't go crazy on base pay. Would love to know what's actually reasonable without lowballing people

3. This might be a stretch and idk if it's even realistic but I'd love to find someone who can do both cold calling AND closing. I'm willing to do commission-based or commission + small base if the right person comes along

4. What's the smartest way to actually proceed? Hire one person to test first, go through an agency, post on a platform? Genuinely not sure what the best entry point is here
