Still figuring this out so please don't bash me if my expectations are off, just trying to learn from people who've actually been through this. A few things I'm trying to wrap my head around: 1. Where's the best place to find cold callers with a solid accent? Thinking along the lines of Philippines, Eastern Europe, Latin America but honestly idk, open to whatever you guys recommend 2. What's a realistic budget-friendly rate? I'm on a tight budget right now so I can't go crazy on base pay. Would love to know what's actually reasonable without lowballing people 3. This might be a stretch and idk if it's even realistic but I'd love to find someone who can do both cold calling AND closing. I'm willing to do commission-based or commission + small base if the right person comes along 4. What's the smartest way to actually proceed? Hire one person to test first, go through an agency, post on a platform?
