Hey everyone I am interested in using N8N for the following business,
I just had a meeting with a business & executive coach (Jozef) who:
- Has a 12-month goal of $200k gross sales and a 5-year goal of $500k
- Current challenges: low client conversion, “not right now” responses, $3,500 monthly burn rate, using HubSpot with limited features, slow follow-up, and cash flow sensitivity
- Open to investing 5–10% of target revenue ($25k–$50k of $500k) for the right solution
- Wants to see a clear demonstration of how AI automation could directly speed up his growth timeline (5 years → 18 months)
- Interested in alternative CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel) for better value + automation
I’m looking for guidance/examples from the course or past client work to create a simple but high-impact demo that:
- Shows exactly how missed call text-back, instant lead follow-up, and CRM pipeline tracking could directly lead to more signed coaching clients.
- Visually connects where he is now vs. where he wants to be with clear “gap” framing.
- Includes proof/examples (case study, success story, or a workflow video from Nate’s YouTube) that I can adapt to make it tangible for him.
The deal on the table is performance-based — 10% of new revenue attributed to my setup. I need to nail the presentation so he can clearly see ROI before committing.
What’s the best way to package this demo so it hits his goals, addresses his pain points, and positions me as the solution?If anyone has an existing funnel/workflow for coaches I can adapt, that would be gold.
