Elest.io N8N access without deleting workflows
Is there a way to use this version of N8N since I know this is cheaper than doing the cloud version but at the same time I get charged for just having my workflows created is there a way around this that I don’t get charged through this because I am not turning on my workflows all the time, but I still get charged for having them. What do you recommend in order to keep your workflows active while not paying like this image shows

@Rob Evans I don’t have one per se I only used it one time to prepare for ai email automation setup but if something comes up where someone needs it then I will use it. I just need it in my back pocket since this is an effective way at it solving a lot of business bottlenecks

Hey everyone I am interested in using N8N for the following business, I just had a meeting with a business & executive coach (Jozef) who: - Has a 12-month goal of $200k gross sales and a 5-year goal of $500k - Current challenges: low client conversion, “not right now” responses, $3,500 monthly burn rate, using HubSpot with limited features, slow follow-up, and cash flow sensitivity - Open to investing 5–10% of target revenue ($25k–$50k of $500k) for the right solution - Wants to see a clear demonstration of how AI automation could directly speed up his growth timeline (5 years → 18 months) - Interested in alternative CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel) for better value + automation I’m looking for guidance/examples from the course or past client work to create a simple but high-impact demo that: 1. Shows exactly how missed call text-back, instant lead follow-up, and CRM pipeline tracking could directly lead to more signed coaching clients. 2. Visually connects where he is now vs. where he wants to be with clear “gap” framing. 3. Includes proof/examples (case study, success story, or a workflow video from Nate’s YouTube) that I can adapt to make it tangible for him. The deal on the table is performance-based — 10% of new revenue attributed to my setup. I need to nail the presentation so he can clearly see ROI before committing. What’s the best way to package this demo so it hits his goals, addresses his pain points, and positions me as the solution?If anyone has an existing funnel/workflow for coaches I can adapt, that would be gold. I closed a local healthcare for senior citizens business for $200 and I’m looking forward to utilizing go high level to fulfill on what they need to get them more reviews as well as automate their social media. I have a meeting with them this Friday to receive all login details and info to fulfill and add on GHL

@David Potter The thing I dont understand is that even when I add an email that is not the main client ID email but is added as a "test user" it still does not configure as shown in the screenshot. Any idea why? I would have thought that adding an email as a "Test User" would be enough
