Need Guidance on Client Acquisition

Hey everyone,I’m currently working on expanding my AI automation services, and I’m trying to refine the way I attract and convert clients. I’ve got the technical side handled, but when it comes to outreach, systems, and consistency, I know I can be doing a lot better.

I’m mainly looking for help in a few areas:• Structuring a solid outreach workflow that doesn’t feel random• Improving how I position my offer so it clearly speaks to the right audience• Learning what’s actually working for others when it comes to booking qualified calls• Any tips on closing, follow-ups, or handling clients who hesitate

If you’ve built a reliable client acquisition process before or you’ve figured out a predictable way to get leads, I’d really appreciate whatever insight you can share. Even small pointers or examples of what worked for you would mean a lot.
