This is for people with some intermediate (or better) EXPERIENCE only - easy cash, easy close.

Profit split 50/50 - I close the client & you deliver (can use for testimonial etc.)

Why I need a partner:

I am experienced in marketing and sales, NOT in fulfilling
I don't know what the cost of this will be to setup
I don't know what the best price point to charge is

What the project is:

Automation / agent build out for one of my connections -> 2 separate small businesses generating roughly $40k/m between them.

Outbound voice agent -- make approximately 200-300 reminder / appointment setting calls per month (no inbound)
Contract agent / automation -- take sellers details and custom field it into a contract and send with no human input roughly 5-10 contracts per month
Text and email agent -- text back and forth with leads to vet and qualify + reference database with contact and buy box information to reference deal and send to relevant buyers
