Curious if you’d ever do a behind-the-scenes breakdown of your actual content system.
Your output is honestly kind of insane 😂
You’re putting out long-form YouTube consistently, polished edits, graphics timed with speech, transitions, courses, community content, etc. — and I know you’ve mentioned you don’t use an AI clone for your main videos.
What I’m most curious about is the mechanics of how you actually do it:
• How did you get comfortable talking on camera for long-form content without sounding scripted?• Are you using a teleprompter setup (Elgato / beam splitter / confidence monitor)?• How are your monitors positioned so your eyes still look natural on camera?• What does your recording + editing workflow actually look like?
I’m asking because I’m trying to improve my own trust-building content for my business, and I keep running into the same problems: pausing, forgetting lines, looking off-camera, sounding too scripted, etc.
Feels like this is one of those things where generic YouTube advice isn’t the real answer — systems are.
Would love to see a “how I actually make my content” breakdown someday. I have a feeling a lot of us would watch that immediately.
