Zapier = easy, fast, beginner-friendly
n8n = flexible, powerful, builder-focused
Zapier is great when you want something running in 10 minutes.
n8n is better when:
– You need logic (IF/ELSE decisions)
– You want custom workflows
– You care about long-term scalability
– You don’t want per-task pricing limits
I’m personally leaning into n8n because I want control, not just convenience.
