Morning weather report link for Delvery Team - Not WOrking

Hi All,

Newbie question of the day...

I have a link to weather.com for a local weather report for a local delivery team that wants this posted in their teams chat every morning. I have the link going through to Teams just fine but it is not clickable (live) which is weird because when I post it there directly it is live and clickable (screen shots below), the team would like it look like the full graphic version the link goes to because this is for truck drivers and they can't be playing on their phones while on the road, they just want it to pop in chat feed.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
