Looking for partner (Not job)

I've been in the space for nearly 3 years, have done many jobs attaining exponential experience but i want to own and run my own business. I have all technical expertise to get 1-3 clients n the next 60 days, but i just need a partner who can invest $150-$200 into ads.I have connections to get content, website, funnel and backend automations, i can take of everything as long as you can take care of the adspend.
