Be able to build the entire funnel to track crm and deals closed (from prospects generated by the chatbot and agent)
Be cool with performance-based pay (you get paid for results—could be very lucrative).
Be collaborative—we’re building this together.
Be fast, smart, and not afraid to figure things out when things get messy.

Already built lead-gen bots for service businesses
Worked in real estate or a similar niche before
Got experience with dynamic workflows and integrating with CRMs like GoHighLevel or Close.com
