Looking for dev partner 50-100k guaranteed

Hi, I’m a dev myself but I’m looking for someone to partner with on this project because I can’t do it all on my own. Long story short, I have this software idea and I already got a Private Equity firm to agree to buy it if it’s built. The thing is, it’s not just for them, it’s a fit for all PE firms. From that one firm alone we’d get 50–100k depending on product quality, and then we scale. The firm is owned by someone really close to me, so it wasn’t just a random “yes” to get rid of me.

Requirements:

MUST be technical (no vibe coders)

If you vibe code, you need to know at least one programming language (preferably Python)

MUST speak good English

MUST follow through and not quit halfway

This really has huge potential and it’s a perfect fit for all PE firms.
