Looking for AI agent developer to partner with

Hello all, I am starting a AAA agency ( with two niches in mind, both of which I have 10 years experience in and many contacts). I understand the automation platforms and the overall conceptual aspects BUT am looking to partner with someone to handle the actual builds/maintenece. Essentially a partnership where I would do all the business/lead gen/nurturing/client interface/etc and you would handle the tech aspects ( AI agent/automation builds/maintence). I am based in California and will most likely be under a Ca based LLC so ideally would like to 10-99/invoice partnership and someone who is in the North American timezone. Please have legit and verifiable experience, low code/no code is fine.
