Launched in 14 Days. Here's What I Cut.
Two weeks from idea to paying customers.
What I cut:
- User profiles (they don't need them yet)
- Settings page (hardcode everything)
- Admin dashboard (I can use Supabase UI)
- Multiple pricing tiers (one tier to start)
- Password reset (manual for now)
- Mobile responsive (desktop only)
What I kept:
- Core feature that solves the problem
- Stripe checkout
- Basic auth
Shipped. Got feedback. Built the rest later.
