Just some help with a little project

hey everyone, so I'm totally new to this thing I'm just a 17 year old who just likes poking around. so I wanted to create this workflow that connects a frontend of a discord bot to a notion template titled "headquarters" which basically is a life management dashboard. so the idea is I have some sort of a jarvis replica that can read, edit and remind tasks upon requests and also function as a chatbot. I already setup notion integration and created a bot and set the outh and everything and for the ai I'm using openrouter api to gemini models.

so I'm stuck at piecing all stuff together and it's kind of a disaster so can anyone give me some tips to complete this project? and if you somehow read this far thanks in advance😅
