Junior Automation Developer (n8n + GoHighLevel) — Project-based → Long-term
About us : We’re a marketing agency serving gyms. We build lean automations to cut costs, boost show-ups, and scale outreach.
Role (outcome-focused)
  • 30 days: ship 3 working n8n workflows (WhatsApp support triage, lead router, report sync) with <24h fix SLA.
  • 60 days: cut manual support touches by 30% and outreach admin time by 50% via automation.
  • 90 days: standardize docs/monitoring/recovery; keep <1% failure rate on active flows and help us scale and automate our operations.
What you’ll do
  • Build n8n workflows (webhooks, REST APIs, auth) integrated with GoHighLevel and other softwares.
  • Automate: WhatsApp support, lead nurture/outreach, CRM/admin sync, reporting.
  • Troubleshoot, document, and improve reliability.
Must-have
  • Hands-on n8n (nodes, triggers, error handling).
  • GoHighLevel basics (pipelines, webhooks, API).
  • REST APIs (GET/POST, headers, auth), webhooks.
  • English; French is a big plus.
Nice-to-have
  • Basic JS in function nodes, regex, retry/queue patterns, Git.
  • WhatsApp Business API/Twilio/Meta Cloud experience.
KPIs
  • Time-to-ship (days/workflow)
  • Failure rate (<1% last 7 days)
  • Manual hours saved/week
  • SLA: <24h on bugs
Engagement & pay
  • Starts project-based with clear scopes and acceptance tests. Strong performers move to weekly hours and long-term.
  • Submit your hourly rate; we pay for shipped outcomes and speed.
