Is Claude Code secure?

HI, I have a fashion brand and want to use Claude Code for it, though in order for it to make a significant impact it must have access to sensitive data, such as, client information, billing adresses, how many products I have ordered and from which company, etc.

How secure is my data?

Is too much of a breech on data to Antropic?

Can I be sued by clients and/or suppliers because of this reason?

Is there a way Antropic doesn't see this data?
