Hey AI Automation Skool community! I’m quite new in the AI Agency space and landed my first client a few weeks ago. Without bragging, I’m quite proud of myself for the result and the product I delivered. I just wrapped up the project for a medical insurance company, and wanted to share how I nailed their customer service needs with a custom AI agent. They needed a solution to handle inquiries, book meetings, qualify leads, and integrate with their CRM and spreadsheets—all while navigating a complex legislative environment.
So I built a tailored AI agent that answers questions on all their insurance products and information. It gives advice on which products suit them, based on their lifestyle profile. The Agent is based on their website and sales portals. It schedules calls, sends confirmation emails, and logs qualified leads into their CRM and a Google Sheet. It also does the claims and helps the customers through the claims process. The tricky part was ensuring compliance with the country’s regulations, so I carefully configured the agent to handle sensitive data securely, aligning with their strict requirements.
I delivered a detailed proposal, executed the build in just a week, and over-delivered by adding lead qualification workflows that boosted their sales pipeline efficiency. So I’m pleased to say that the client is thrilled with the results, reporting faster response times and happier customers. They are now asking me to hook this onto their WhatsApp as well. The next step is to build them a voice AI call agent. I’m very excited to do this for them as I’m having the meeting tomorrow to get the brief from them. I’ll let you guys know how it went.
