Instead of 15 tabs open and manual copy-pasting, the agent delivers a comprehensive pre-call report with actionable insights in seconds.
Why this matters:
Liam explains it best—AI Agents are the "Digital Employees" of the future. By giving the LLM specific tools (via Relevance AI) and a clear "Role" (Sales Research Assistant), we move from simple AI chat to actual AI Utility.
