I don't code.
I don't have a technical co-founder.
I'm not building some AI unicorn.
But I run a cold email agency that does $15K+/month and operates almost entirely on autopilot.
How?
I picked the easiest business model in 2025: sending cold emails for agencies that need leads.
Here's the entire system:
- Client pays me $3K–$5K/month
- AI scrapes + cleans their lead list (10K+ contacts)
- AI writes 8–12 email variants, personalized per vertical
- System rotates domains/inboxes, warms them, monitors deliverability
- Sequences run 24/7 — replies get scored for intent
- Qualified leads get auto-booked into their calendar
I spend maybe an hour a day checking dashboards and tweaking copy.
AI does the research. AI helps with writing the emails. AI manages the infrastructure.
I kinda just make sure the pipeline doesn't break.
Agency gets 30–50 replies/week. 10–15 turn into calls. They close 2–4 new clients/month.
They stick with me because I'm literally their revenue engine.
This isn't sexy. But it's stupid profitable and scales fast.
