How would you start learning n8n from 0

Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well.

I'm a beginner to n8n and have just completed the free Level 1 course.

With hundreds of tutorials available, I'm finding it a bit overwhelming to know where to start from scratch and start building workflows.

For someone at my stage, what would you advise as the first few workflows to build?

Any guidance on a learning path would be greatly appreciated!
