How would you build an AI agent at scale?

Hey all , extremely glad to be here and to be a part of this space. I've been building out AI automations via make for the past 2 months now and have already been able to automate some workflows for some businesses but now looking to dive deeper into AI agents.

I was curious to know if there is a way to scale an AI sales agent at scale for multiple customers at once (e.g. 100 customers using the same sales AI agent that can outbound call and send email personalization, and training conversations, responses, etc on a singular agent). I understand building out individual agents per customer, doable, but what about at scale?

Is this even possible?? Is the barrier of entry to create something like this very high??
