How to trigger discord

I tried the discord node get message and get channel nodes but I don't know what input I should give to the AI, when I put anything it says connect ai agent to trigger node, I tried using self hosting using render and got a community node, and it worked , but then I can't get Google 0Auth to work bcoz it requires hosting local host to a site, which I'm reluctant to do, is there any alternative or anything I'm missing
