How to Fix Incorrect Date & Time in n8n on Railway?

I was following along with Nate’s "Building AI Agents in n8n Somehow Got Easier" video and building my own automation. However, I noticed that the date and time in n8n are incorrect—it thinks today is November 2, 2023, instead of the actual date.

I'm hosting n8n on Railway, and I need to ensure that the correct date and time are used so that my Google Calendar appointments are accurate.

Does anyone know how to fix the date/time settings in n8n while running it on Railway? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
