I get this question a lot in this community, so let me just answer it right here, right now.
How do we actually build trust towards our: leads, prospects or whatever you want to call them.
There are actually 3 main things I always keep in mind, and those are:
--> Upfront x Transparency
--> Effort x Dedication
--> Expertise
Let me break them down for you
Upfront x Transparency
This is where we want to do the following things:
- Offer mentioning before or at the start of a call
- Price mentioning, if someone asks for the price, just give it, don't try to talk your way out of it
- DM goal mentioning. Be upfront about what you want from a DM. If you want to sell him something, just say that!!
Effort x Dedication
These are the three main pillars for that:
- Free value, give as much free value as you can and remember that people buy for: implementation, action, and accountability
- Personalisation. Make everything as personal as humanly possible. Make sure you put some effort and thought in your messages to show that you truly care about the person
- Caring + Connections. Again, make sure you truly care about them and show that by doing everything on order to help them and build true human connections
Expertise
These 3:
- Positioning, how do you position yourself on: social media, and in calls, dms etc
- Profile optimisations. Make sure you optimise your profiles to...
- Be the authority figure
