Today I took a single long-form blog and turned it into a multi-channel content asset without rewriting it five different ways or overproducing anything.
The process started with the blog as the source layer. From there, I extracted a spoken-voice script that works when heard, not read. That script became a simple narrated explainer video built around one clean visual and a single voice.
The blog remained the authority hub. The video became the transport layer. Distribution was handled through Metricool so the same core message moved across platforms without fragmentation.
The sequence mattered more than the tools. Building top-down — blog first, then script, then video, then distribution — kept the message intact while allowing it to travel across channels.
One asset. Multiple surfaces. Same message.
