How can I transfer an outbound Retell AI call to a human when the user presses 1?
I’m building an outbound voice agent that cold calls leads.
I want the bot to instantly transfer the call to a human sales rep when the receiver presses 1.Is this possible in Retell AI or do I need Twilio or something else for the transfer setup?
Any step-by-step help or tips would be appreciated!
