How are you guys controlling your n8n agents day to day?

I build AI agents in n8n but controlling them via chat is always painful.

Telegram = privacy nightmare. Meta API = disaster. Discord = chaos.

So I'm building a simple app: drop in a webhook, create an agent, chat with it. European servers, GDPR compliant.
