[HIRING] Looking for cold callers / appt. setters (AI agency)
We're looking for 2-3 aggressive closers to cold call U.S. real estate agencies and book demos for our AI receptionist service.
What You'll Do:
- Call real estate agencies (leads provided)
- Pitch AI receptionists that answer calls 24/7 and book appointments
- Get decision makers on the phone
- Book qualified demos
- (Optional) apply to relevant Upwork job postings
What You'll Earn:
- 10-15% commission on deals (more info will be provided)
- $X per booked demo (that shows up)
- $X bonus when deals close
- Base pay unlocked after 30 days for top performers
Requirements:
✔ Fluent English (clear voice, no thick accents)
✔ Cold calling experience preferred
✔ Reliable internet + quiet setup
✔ Commission-first mindset
