We're an agency of 9 developers, and for one of our projects we're looking for a talented conversational AI-engineer. Someone who knows how to build voice-systems and chat-systems, that don't just seem to work in a pretty demo in voiceflow, but ACTUALLY scale into a solid SaaS-product.
Some context:
- Dutch language for the voice-agents and chat-agents
- It's a roleplaying SaaS, where we have 30-50 modules, so 30-50 voice-agents. A person will roleplay with the AI (one of the roleplaying assistants) to coach them. After that call, a different set of agents (based on different "how to coach" modules) will evaluate that call, and provide structured feedback.
- The system needs to be multi-tenant (so a user logs in, sees their modules, their historic conversations, their progress etc).
- There's a split between roleplaying modules and grading modules. Those are different. 1 person can roleplay with 1 roleplaying agent/module, and get graded by 8 grading modules. Each roleplaying module is linked to which grading modules can be determined from the call.
- The client (so not the end-user but our client) should be able to add more modules dynamically, instead of retraining the system every time. We train the brain (system/prompt engineering on how to roleplay) and through a dynamic Vector DB, the doc + mapped out roleplaying scenarios will be fed to the assistant. So adding a new module is easy, since it;s within the existing pipeline/framework.
The core complexity here is in making sure the Dutch language is flawless, AND to really simulate realistic roleplaying. This will require proper prompt engineering and feedback loops. Same goes for the grading systems.
This system will later be expanded with other functionalities. A part of it full-stack skillset required, but the biggest and most complex part is the voice-agent engineering.
VERY IMPORTANT:
- We're NOT looking for people who build a simple voice-agent in Retel and expect to build a full-blown system like this. We're looking for talent, that has experience in larger scale systems like this, and knows how to approach it Well and sees what's needed to nail this product. It wont be easy.
If this sounds interesting to you, and you're capable of taking on projects like this, reach out to me, and send me CV, portfolio and some extra context related to this project.
