English speaking is a must, 3-5+ years experience as full-stack developer with experience in production-grade systems, end-to-end ownership is KEY. Project 1: Insourcing an ERP system for a client. Building it A-Z from scratch, leveraging AI-assisted coding + YOUR experience and logic on how to build solid systems. Techstack is not Yet defined, but ideally same as Project 2. It's a suite of web-applications (client-facing) for our client, including integrations with third-party tools.
