HIRING: Data-engineer/scientist with dashboarding expertise

Our agency has been expanding rapidly, working with leading companies across the Netherlands. That's why we're growing our team once again. We are looking for an experienced data engineer/scientist with a strong background in data warehousing and dashboard development—specifically management dashboards that present key organizational KPIs.

Ideally, you have experience developing both large-scale dashboards (including underlying data storage and processing) as well as smaller, more lightweight projects. Our clients typically range from 25 to 200 FTE, so project complexity can vary significantly.

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in data engineering (setting up data warehouses, data lakes, etc.)
Experience developing dashboards (Power BI, Qlik, custom solutions — tool choice is flexible)
Familiarity with both complex, large-scale data systems and simpler, lightweight implementations
Fluent English (native-level fluency; clear, accent-neutral communication)
Availability to work during Dutch business hours (8 AM–6 PM Amsterdam Time)
