we are looking to improve and update our ai voice agents. we are looking to hire someone that has experience building using open source and can be self/local hosted ai voice automations. the system must beat 6cents per minute for inbound or outbound calls. if you are interested respond back with specifics , like the tech stack you are thinking of proposing, and what open source solutions you propose to use so you can meet our cost per minute target.

update: in 2025 we were offering ai voice automation systems for 3cents per minute. in 2026 we want to offer free 30 day try before you buy. so tell me what tech stack, server infrastructure we need to be able to onboard a small business (30 employees) from hello to here is everything in less than one working business day and not spend more than 100$ for each customer during their 30 day trial period with us.
