HIRING: Advanced developer for Chatassistant (AI) SaaS (MVP first)

We're hiring a developer to help us create a project for our client. It will in the end be a SaaS product that can coach their clientel for weight loss. It's not a simple Q&A chatbot, but a pro-active assistent, sending notifications, tracking weight, giving advice according to the tracking and much more.

This company is the biggest personal fitness centre in the netherlands, and are looking to start with an MVP for this system to prove the quality of the coaching. We know it's possible, and hence are looking for a long-term developer who would like to endever on this project with us.

A couple of things about you:

Experience with advanced/qualitative AI-chatassistants that are actually useable on scale (no weird small scale chatbots that work like sh*t). This also includes training the assistents on datasets with instructions, protocols, learning modules etc to adhere to.
Experience with high-code projects like SaaS products, mobile apps and more
Experience with building actual products (so generic back-end, but multi-client orchestration etc)
You adhore to datasecurity best practices and actually build qualitative systems
You know that a chatbot is not a simpel as making a no-code bot that can answer a couple of questions. U can ACTUALLY build top-tier systems in the long-run that perform on a commercial product level. I am NOT looking for someone who can quickly build a bot that's bad and be gone.
You can speak english perfectly, can work in the NL timezones of working hours, are committed to making projects a succes and dont mind working overhours for it, you're pro-active and quality-oriented and can get started ASAP.

What you're not:

You're not a money seeking AI guru that just started last week. You actually now what you're doing, have done it numerous times in the past, and actually have what it takes to build top notch quality chatassistants and SaaS.

So basically, there's a big opportunity here for a long-term project developing a next-level weightloss SaaS coach for one of the biggest training companies in the Netherlands. But you have to bring your A-game to the table.
