Help Needed with Perplexity AI Credit Balance
Hi everyone, has anyone experienced this issue?
As you can see in my screenshot:
- My Credit Balance shows $0 remaining, even though
- The last transaction is marked “paid” ($3.00)
- The amount was deducted from my bank account as well
Does anyone know why this happens, or how to fix it?
Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated!
