HELP ME UNDERSTAND

Every new Automation/Skill/Workflow Nate teaches has its own Claude.md file to tell claude what it is trying to do. If i want to add 10 + workflows/automations/skills to my AI OS or EA Assistant do i just add to the existing CLAUDE.md file ? What do i do? Please help! been stuck for while. I know how to build this stuff it is combining them all that confuses me slightly.
